Art IN VUE ShurWood Forest Custom Creations is Frame & Hang Studio's Featured Artist for March   When Mike Shuron was a child, he watched his grandfather build things in his shop, sometimes borrowing tools from his grandfather for small projects. Mike's love for woodworking grew over time. Eventually, he created his own shop in his Syracuse, New York basement where he started to make furniture for his family. This evolved into making custom furniture for those wanting something unique or to fit into a particular space. Mike won an award for one of his cabinets at the Northeastern Woodworkers Show in Saratoga Springs, New York. As time went on, he developed a desire to make wooden toys winning 1st place in the Senior Division of the New York State Fair and Best in Show for his wooden toys.
